Distribution of mutations at the exonic level
This function analyzes the distribution of small rearrangements at the exonic level.
Only mutations found in probands are analyzed. For each exon, the expected value is calculated according to the exon's size, the exon's composition (mutability of each codon) and the number of mutations.
