The top part of the map displays the various structural domains of the dystrophin. Below is the scale at tha amino acid level. The various boxes represent the exons of the DMD gene with a nucleotide scale. At the bottom are displayed the various mutational events and their frequency.
The user can choose to use a zoom option and can select to center it on a specific residue.
